Becoming a Big Is Easier Than You Think. Most volunteers complete the process in a few weeks.

Submit
Your Application
After your info session, we’ll send you a personalized application link. You’ll provide basic information, upload your driver’s license and insurance card, and list references for us to contact.

Interview, Training
& Background Check
Our Enrollment Team will guide you through an interview, online training, and fingerprint background check to help prepare you for a successful match.

Approval
Process
Once your enrollment process is complete, our team will review your application and follow up with a final decision.

Get
Matched
We carefully match Bigs and Littles based on interests, personality, location, and compatibility to help create a strong, lasting connection.

Ongoing
Match Support
After your match is made, you’ll be paired with a Match Support Specialist who will provide guidance, resources, and regular check-ins to help your match thrive.
